By accessing and using Leanpay Lunch ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leanpay Lunch is an internal lunch ordering application designed for Leanpay employees. The Service allows users to:

• View weekly lunch menus
• Place lunch orders for the upcoming week
• Manage and modify orders before the deadline
• View order history

3. User Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for Leanpay employees. By using this Service, you represent that you are an authorized employee of Leanpay and have permission to use this application.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using your company email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Order Policies

Order Deadlines

Orders must be placed before the specified deadline (typically Friday at 12:00 PM for the following week). Orders placed after the deadline may not be processed.

Order Modifications

You may modify or cancel your orders at any time before the order deadline. Once the deadline has passed, orders cannot be changed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Place fraudulent orders

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Leanpay and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leanpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
